Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns on DVDs unless they arrive faulty or we have supplied you the incorrect product according to your order.

Please make your selection carefully when purchasing because we do not accept returns for products purchased by accident, or because of change of mind. This way we only sell you brand new discs and not discs that have been used or exchanged.

The only circumstances we refund is:

  1. If the product arrives defective and cannot be played due to a damaged disc. In this rare case, the disc will need to be sent back to us for testing.  Please make sure the disc is actually defective before sending it back to us by testing it on multiple DVD players. If the disc is returned and tested as working, then no refund will be issued and you will need to pay the postage fee for the disc to be sent back to you.
  2. The disc we have supplied is different to the product you purchased on the website, or has been wrongly described on the website. If we have incorrectly supplied you with the wrong disc, we will reimburse you the cost of sending it back to us.

If a disc is sent back and after testing, it is found to be defective, we will issue you a same title replacement, or replacement of equal value, or a complete refund if you choose. We will pay the postage for the replacement to be sent back to you.

Refunds will be processed without delay via the same payment method you used to pay for the product.

All returns & refunds must be claimed within 28 days upon receiving your order. Any claims made after 28 days will no longer be accepted.
